How To Take Salty AF?

While we're certain you will be able to create you're own unique way of consuming Salty AF... here are our favorite methods:

• Squirt your dosage into an 8-16oz glass of water, juice, coffee or tequila and forget you even put it in there! Chances are you won't taste it, so it'll be just like your regular hydration routine.

• Take a sip of your drink and hold it in your mouth. Squirt your desired dosage of Salty AF directly into your mouth and gulp it down. You'll likely want to follow up with a chaser of some sort (water, juice or something more interesting).  It's Salty!!!

• Something we're trying here in our San Diego office is to give Love to your Salty AF before consuming. Say to yourself "I love you" just before consuming it and see the difference!
